 Because of the amount of orders being made, items will begin to ship anywhere from 1 to 3 months after your order is made. Please be aware of this before your purchase. thank you for your understanding (its just me who runs everything here)

Returns and Refunds

 Refunds/returns will not be offered on any orders after the shipping has been purchased for the order. 

Combining orders

After your order is made, you will not be able to combine orders with a new order. 

Can I edit my address?

I am no longer offering address changes after your order is made. this is for multiple reasons that cause complications, apologies for inconvenience. I will be able to cancel if your order has not shipped yet.

My tracking shows my order not moving

When I pack orders I print out a large batch of labels at once and then ship them once they are all done, this sometimes means that your order will wait a while until I drop them off all together and move onto the next batch. your orders will ship and it wont affect the delivery of your order.  

I sent an email and have not gotten a response

I check emails once a week and reply to them in bulk. this has resulted in issues with people thinking it did not arrive, to avoid this I will be checking it more often moving forward
